How do I get in touch with customer service?


Our team is happy to assist you. Please email us at customerservice@ellieselected.com. If your question is regarding an existing order, please include the order number you are inquiring about in your email.



ORDERS


Will I receive an order confirmation after I place my order?


Yes, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of your order that will include your order number. If you did not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of your order being placed, please contact customerservice@ellieselected.com with your name, billing address, and phone number so we may assist you.


When will I receive shipping confirmation?


Some of our orders are created on demand to eliminate over-production and waste. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number within 2-7 business days of checkout.


Can orders be changed or cancelled after they are placed?


We will make every effort to cancel or update your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us as soon as you realize a change is needed by emailing customerservice@ellieselected.com. Unfortunately, once an item has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.



Do you offer discounts, sales or coupon codes on your clothing collection?

 

By subscribing to our email newsletter, you will also be the first to know when we offer sales or special pricing on our collection. You can sign up for emails at the bottom of our homepage.


Can I use more than one discount on my order?


Only one discount can be applied to an order. This includes sales, promotions, and coupon codes.



SHIPPING


Do you offer free shipping?


We offer free international shipping for all orders. Outside of US, LAIT is not responsible for VAT, customs taxes, or duties fees that are charged upon delivery. These fees are non-refundable. 


How quickly will my order be shipped after I place it?


As our garments are created on-demand when you place your order in an effort to reduce waste, orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of placement. Once shipped, it will take 7-12 business days to receive your order. We will keep you informed via email during every step of the process.


Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. Once your order ships, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your purchase. 


Which countries do you ship to?


We ship worldwide.


Can I change the shipping address on my order after it’s been placed?


If your order has not shipped we are able to make changes and updates to your order. Please email us at customerservice@ellieselected.com to ensure we are able to update this for you as soon as possible after your order has been placed.


What shipping options are available?


We offer standard shipping for free. 


Do you offer expedited shipping?


At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped standard. If you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ellieselected.com and we will make every effort to assist you. 


What if my order was lost, stolen or damaged in transit?


We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Please double check your shipping address and checkout and ensure there is someone to receive the package at the shipping address at time of delivery.

PAYMENTS


What payment types do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as ShopPay and Amazon Pay. 



RETURNS


What is your return policy?


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any item that is unworn, unwashed, and is in its original condition with all original tags and parts attached within 14 days of receipt. All returns must include the original packaging including the packing slip so that we may identify your return. To initiate a return, please see our Returns page.


How do I make a return?


To make a return, please confirm your return is eligible based on our policy and then initiate a return request. For our full policy and information on initiating a return, please see our Returns page.


Will I receive a prepaid return label?


For information on a return label and initiating a return, please refer to our Returns page.


How long will it take for my refund to be processed?


Once we have received your return and confirmed it is in line with our return policy, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business day(s). You will receive an email confirmation at the time of refund. Note, your bank may require additional processing time. Please reach out to them for additional information regarding their processing procedures.
