This return label service is only available to US Domestic Online Store customers, not Instagram Shop Customers or International Customers. 

What items are returnable?

· The clothing is unwashed, unworn, free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume, with original tags attached postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.
· Clearance (price end with .99) is not eligible for return.
· Returned items must be free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume. 
· The clothing is unwashed and unworn.
· They are in the original packaging.

How do I return?

For US Online Store Customers (excluding Instagram Shop Customers):

· Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

· Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

· You will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines once the request is approved.

For International and All Instagram Shop Customers: To initiate a return request, please email info@ellieselected.com. Please include your order number, items you wish to return, and your reason for returning them. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to our warehouses in US or and you will be responsible for shipping the items back.

 

How long do I have to make the returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the clothing that is unwashed, unworn, free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume, with original tags attached postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.

 

Are there any charges for return?

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your return via email. A return shipping label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returnarrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. We will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your returns within 3 business days of receiving.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processedto your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
